Neil is the drummer, backing vocalist, and founding member of Three Days Grace. Since 2003, Three Days Grace has staked a spot amongst the rock and roll vanguard, breaking records, toppling charts, moving millions of units worldwide, and making history by holding the all-time record for “most #1 U.S.singles at Active Rock Radio ever” with 15, beating Van Halen. The band currently has a staggering 7.4 million monthly listeners on Spotify—remaining one of the most listened to rock bands in the world. In 2020, Neil partnered with grammy winning producer Howard Benson to form Judge & Jury Records.

Neil has always taken an active role in philanthropy. He and his band have supported The Herbie Fund at Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto for 15 years, and in 2017, he travelled to Kenya, Africa with World Vision to film a mini-documentary raising awareness of some of the challenges faced there when it comes to accessing clean drinking water. He subsequently created the 3DG Kenya project and Mountain Of Hope to help raise funds and awareness of the needs.
